| Tonight at 1:15 am, we will be running full backups on all customers' websites, email, and files. While every night we backup changes from the night before, we only run stand-alone full backups once a month. This process is a little more server intensive and may cause some slowness in our web server response times, particularly the webmail service.

We received news from a few of our customers that some of their web visitors were seeing blank pages instead of the website on subsequent returns. We isolated it to a bug in the communication between our server-side website caching engine and newer versions of Firefox and IE7. It is fixed now. This only affected a subset of our customer websites and a small subset of their visitors.

We will be upgrading the Calendar module for the Webmaster CMS over the next couple of days. The reason we're installing the updates is that there are several new security patches available for the software.

| Beware of this new scam: a letter is mailed to you through the US Postal System from a company named DomainsUSA with the claim that your domain name is about to expire. It contains an invoice and a return envelope to mail your check. Several of our customers have had this happen recently.
If your domain/website is hosted by AthensGuy.com, you can rest assured no third party is involved in your domain registration. We manage your domain renewals and will contact you directly for your web hosting and domain renewals.

| We compiled a couple of reports for spam detection from the AthensGuy.com spam filtering solution. The results are:
57% of Emails are identified as Spam
22% of Emails are possibly Spam
21% of Emails are probably Ham (good emails)
Our spam filtering solution is very flexible, and not all customers are configured the same way. In fact, many of our customers are not configured for spam filtering at all. We hope to engage everyone over the coming year because no one is immune to this global problem.
