While I wanted a cool web-site to mirror our professionalism, I didn''t
really expect too much from it. So it was a surprise to have folks use
the website to schedule normal carpet and upholstery cleaning jobs.

Several days before Christmas, a fellow in Winder had a fire in his Living
Room. He called his insurance company, who told him to call either
Servpro or Servicemaster. The adjuster was an "on-call" guy, and didn''t
