Upchurch Realty Coldwell Banker of Athens Georgia already had a functioning website. However, they needed to go beyond the initial development of the listing database. We made several custom changes to their database and web presentation.

Rental properties display price per square foot.
Browsing and searching listings now require registration.
Logging in is simple - only the email address is required: no passwords to remember.
The property slideshow on the front page is dynamically loaded from a small database of photos.
